To book an appointment, you will first need to complete the online health screening form. Once received, I will review the information, and if suitable, I will contact you to arrange a free 15 minute call. This call will enable me to ascertain if my treatments are the right approach for you and advise the most appropriate treatment programme.
If you choose to go ahead and make an appointment, I will send you an email with Terms and Conditions of business, as well as the treatment programme’s pricing structure. These terms will need to be agreed before proceeding with any treatment programme.
Payments are made in advance of the first appointment, and are booked in blocks of 6 sessions. You have the option to book your first session as a stand-alone session, before committing to a full treatment programme. View treatment programmes and prices.
Due to Covid-19, there have been some changes made to the pre-screening process. You will now need to complete a Covid-19 declaration form within 24 hours of EVERY hands on session with me.
In order to reduce face-to-face time within the clinic, consultations will now take place online via video.
Hands on sessions will be restricted to a maximum time of 45 minutes spent in the clinic.
Aftercare, rehab etc will now be emailed to you after your appointment, with images, instructions and even video links, to help you get the most out of your self-care.
All appointment programmes include a detailed pre-treatment assessment, goal orientated treatment plan, rehab stretches / exercises and after care advice.
Each appointment will focus on releasing restrictions, improving range of movement and decreasing pain, whilst incorporating relaxation and restoring balance to the nervous system – this aims to help facilitate the body’s own healing process.
Due to Covid-19, I will be seeing less clients per day than usual. This is to allow for extra cleaning time and airing the room between clients. Therefore, I would encouraged you to plan your sessions ahead of time.
