To book an appointment, you will first need to complete the online Health Screening Form which includes the T&Cs of business. Once received, I will review the information and contact you to arrange a free 15 minute discovery call. This will enable me to ascertain if my treatments are the right approach for you and advise the most appropriate treatment programme.
If you choose to go ahead and make an appointment, I will send you an invoice via a secure online platform. Payments are made in advance of the first appointment, and are booked in blocks of 6 sessions. You have the option to book your first session as a stand-alone session, before committing to a full treatment programme.
Aftercare, rehab etc will be discussed in the hands-on session and then emailed to you after your appointment, with images, instructions and video links, to help you get the most out of your self-care.
All appointment programmes include a detailed pre-treatment assessment, goal orientated treatment plan, rehab stretches / exercises and after care advice.
Each appointment will focus on releasing restrictions, improving range of movement and decreasing pain, whilst incorporating relaxation and restoring balance to the nervous system – this aims to help facilitate the body’s own healing process.
Due to Covid-19, I will be seeing less clients per day than usual. This is to allow for extra cleaning time and airing the room between clients. Therefore, I would encouraged you to plan your sessions ahead of time.
